Innovative products & Start-ups
Who can participate in the Newcomer Area?
- Companies that want to present new products to the market and have not yet exhibited at fish international.
- Young, innovative start-ups that are no more than 6 years old.
- 1.850 € Participation fee
- Counter with back panel, use of common area, 2 exhibitor passes, flat marketing fee, Auma fee, 50 invitation cards for your customers.
- The area is equipped with: Carpet, walls, counter, seating, booth, sink, lighting, truss with newcomer area banner.
The Newcomer Area offers you the perfect space to explore the market, demonstrate your products to a professional audience and make new contacts. We have already set up the basic equipment for you.
Our PR department will accompany the activities and support you in bringing your products & services to the fore.
The “All-Inclusive“
Stand design package
Including stand space, stand construction package (stand walls, fascia, fascia lettering up to 25 characters, carpet (blue), lighting (1 spotlight per 3m²), lockable booth, 1 table (square, 80×80 cm, 4 upholstered chairs 1 wastepaper basket) alternating current up to 3kW, 4 exhibitor passes, marketing flat rate and AUMA fee.

Young Innovators of Germany
Market new developments
The “Young Innovators” joint booth offers young, innovative companies a good platform for marketing their products, such as plant-based fish alternatives or technologies for further processing.
Participation is sponsored by the German Federal Ministry of Economics and Climate Protection.
- Company based and doing business in Germany
- Assignment of the company to the industry or craft
- Small business: less than 50 employees, annual sales or
Annual balance sheet total not exceeding €10 million and Younger than 10 years - The companies must have newly developed or significantly improved products, processes and services
- The stand units are 6m² to 15m² in size. (6m², 9m², 12m², 15m²)
360 € / m² - The stand unit is equipped with: Carpet, walls, fascia with company name, 1 table and 3 chairs, lockable counter with logo print, lighting, power connection (up to 3kW).
- In addition, the lounge can be used for conversations with coffee and beverage service.
- The package also includes 4 exhibitor passes, marketing fee, Auma fee, wi-fi access and 50 invitation cards for your customers.
60 PERCENT OF THE COSTS FOR STAND RENTAL AND CONSTRUCTION ARE SUBSIDIZED.
Example:
12sqm unit x 360€ / m² = 4.320€ -60% (2.592€) grant = 1.728€
Exhibitors register with the show organizer to participate in the joint booth of the sponsored show. Immediately after registration with the trade fair organizer, the application for approval must be submitted to BAFA.
