How do I communicate on Zillow? ›

If a listing provider is not replying to your inquiry, and you've already provided a personalized note, it's possible that they either did not receive your message or the listing is no longer available. You can attempt to contact the agent, property manager or landlord again by phone or email.

If you are posting a Room for Rent listing through Zillow Rental Manager, your listing will be posted to Zillow and HotPads and show a "Partially Published" status as these listings are not supported on Trulia.

When you deactivate a listing, it may take up to 24 hours to be removed from HotPads, Zillow, and Trulia. Deactivated listings will remain as off-market on your properties page and can be activated again in the future.
